These terms govern the coaching relationship between you and JT. By completing payment for any program below, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms that apply to your plan.

Plan 01

6-Month Body
Recomposition Program

Pay in Full · A$2,800.00

What this plan is

The 6-Month Body Recomposition Program is an online fitness coaching service delivered by JT. All coaching is conducted entirely online and is available to clients regardless of their location. The program is designed to help you lose unwanted body fat, build lean muscle, improve physical performance, and develop the knowledge and habits to become your own coach long after the program ends.

The program runs for a maximum of six (6) months from your commencement date. It may conclude earlier by mutual agreement as outlined below.

Payment terms

The total program fee is A$2,800.00, charged as a single upfront payment via Stripe at the time of enrolment. Payment must be received before coaching begins. All prices include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.

Note

The Pay in Full option saves you up to 10.3% compared to the weekly payment plan (A$3,120 total).

Non-refundable payment

⚠ Important

The A$2,800 Pay in Full payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances — including early program conclusion, withdrawal, change of mind, failure to engage, or personal circumstances outside either party's control.

This applies regardless of how early you disengage, whether coaching concludes before 6 months due to goal achievement, dissatisfaction resulting from your own non-compliance, or any personal, financial, or health changes on your part. By completing payment, you explicitly accept this policy.

What's included

  • Personalised training programming built around your goals, schedule, and available equipment
  • Personalised nutrition guidance including calorie and macronutrient targets
  • Ongoing check-ins and program adjustments based on your progress
  • Direct communication with JT via agreed channels for the full program duration
  • Education to develop your independent knowledge and long-term habits
  • Progress tracking and feedback throughout

What's not included

  • Gym membership or facility fees of any kind
  • Supplements, food, or physical products
  • Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • In-person sessions unless separately and explicitly agreed
  • Guaranteed specific results — outcomes depend entirely on your effort and consistency

Early program conclusion

The program may conclude before six months if your goals are fully achieved to the mutual satisfaction of both parties, or if both JT and you agree the coaching relationship has run its natural course. In either case, no refund will be issued — payment is considered fulfilled.

JT reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if you engage in abusive, dishonest, or disrespectful conduct during the coaching relationship.

Plan 02

4-Month
Accelerate Plan

Pay in Full · A$2,550.00

What this plan is

The 4-Month Accelerate Plan is an online fitness coaching service for clients who want a focused, intensive approach to body recomposition in a shorter timeframe. All coaching is conducted entirely online and is available to clients regardless of their location. The goal is the same — lose unwanted body fat, build lean muscle, and develop the habits to stay that way — in four months instead of six.

The program runs for a maximum of four (4) months from your commencement date. It may conclude earlier by mutual agreement as outlined below.

Payment terms

The total program fee is A$2,550.00, charged as a single upfront payment via Stripe at the time of enrolment. Payment must be received before coaching begins. All prices include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.

Plan 03

6-Month Body
Recomposition Program

Weekly Payments · A$120.00 / week · Up to 26 weeks

What this plan is

The 6-Month Body Recomposition Program (Weekly Payments) is the same program as Plan 01, spread across recurring weekly payments of A$120 for up to 26 weeks. It is designed for clients who prefer not to pay upfront.

Total Cost

At A$120 per week over 26 weeks, the maximum total cost of this plan is A$3,120 — approximately 10.3% more than the Pay in Full option. You may switch to Pay in Full at any time by contacting JT directly.

Payment terms

Weekly payments of A$120.00 are charged automatically each week via Stripe, beginning on the date of enrolment and continuing for up to 26 weeks. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and has sufficient funds every week throughout the program.

Missed & cancelled payment policy

⚠ Read Carefully

Cancelling or missing a payment without prior notice or consultation is a breach of this agreement and will trigger the process below immediately.

  1. Contact. You will be contacted directly by JT via the agreed communication channel to address the missed payment.
  2. Resolution window. You must respond and either confirm the miss was accidental and rectify it, or provide a satisfactory explanation, within a reasonable timeframe communicated by JT.
  3. Termination. If you do not respond, do not provide a satisfactory explanation, or do not rectify the payment within the given window, coaching services will be terminated immediately and permanently.
  4. Communication revoked. Upon termination, all access to JT's communication channels — including but not limited to messaging apps, email, and any coaching platforms — will be revoked permanently with no obligation to re-engage.

Genuine Emergencies

If you are experiencing financial difficulty or need to pause, contact JT before a payment is missed. Proactive communication will always be met with a fair and reasonable response.

How to cancel

You may cancel your weekly subscription at any time by contacting JT directly in advance of the next billing date. The following conditions apply:

  • Cancellations must be communicated to JT directly — cancelling through Stripe or your bank without notifying JT first is treated as a missed payment under the policy above
  • No refund will be issued for weeks already charged and coaching already provided
  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle following written confirmation from JT
  • JT reserves the right to end the coaching relationship at any time with reasonable notice if you are non-compliant, disrespectful, or in breach of these terms

Weekly payments already charged

Weekly payments already processed are non-refundable. Each payment covers the coaching services delivered during that week. If a payment is charged in error (e.g. a technical double-charge), contact JT immediately and it will be resolved promptly.

Early program conclusion

The program may conclude before 26 weeks if your goals are fully achieved to the mutual satisfaction of both parties. In that case, weekly payments will cease from the point of agreed conclusion. No refund will be issued for weeks already charged.

JT reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you engage in abusive, dishonest, disrespectful, or non-paying behaviour, per the missed payment policy above.

Shared Terms

Client obligations

To maintain access to coaching services, you agree to:

  • Engage honestly and consistently with the program and with JT
  • Provide accurate information about your health, fitness history, and progress
  • Follow programming and nutrition guidance to a reasonable and consistent degree
  • Communicate openly about any difficulties, injuries, or changes in circumstance
  • Respond to scheduled check-ins in a timely manner
  • Treat JT with respect in all communications at all times

Results

Results are not guaranteed and are directly influenced by your own effort, consistency, and adherence. JT cannot be held responsible for outcomes resulting from your non-compliance.

Coach obligations

  • Deliver personalised, professional coaching services for the agreed program duration
  • Respond to client communications within a reasonable timeframe
  • Adjust programming based on your feedback and progress data
  • Keep your personal information confidential and not share it with third parties without consent
  • Act in your best interests throughout the coaching relationship

Medical disclaimer

The coaching services provided are for general fitness and body composition purposes only. JT is not a medical professional, doctor, physiotherapist, or registered dietitian.

  • Consult a qualified medical professional before commencing any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns
  • You assume all risk associated with participation in the program
  • JT accepts no liability for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation
  • You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to commencing

Confidentiality & privacy

JT will keep all personal information you provide confidential and will not share, sell, or disclose it to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

You agree not to share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary programming, nutrition plans, or coaching materials provided by JT without prior written permission.

Ownership of materials

All training programs, nutrition plans, templates, educational content, and materials provided by JT remain JT's intellectual property. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials solely for your own participation in the program. You must not copy, share, resell, or distribute any coaching materials to any third party.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, JT's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you up to the point of the claim. JT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or failure to achieve results.

Governing law

JT Recomp Coaching is an online business operating under Australian law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) where applicable. All coaching services are delivered entirely online, and these terms apply regardless of the Client's country of residence or location.

By purchasing any plan, you acknowledge that this agreement is entered into with an Australian-based business and that Australian law governs your rights and obligations. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. If you are located outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring that accessing these services is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Amendments

JT reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued participation in the program following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Agreement

By paying, you agree.

Completing payment for any plan on this page confirms you are 18 years of age or older, that you have read and understood the terms applicable to your chosen plan and the shared terms in full, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
